Passage Boat Works Facilities

We offer indoor heated boat storage in our 3 storage buildings, comprising over 15000 square feet of space.   This allows us to securely store power and sail boats up to 40'. We are different in many respects from a standard boat yard, in that we allow qualified individuals and/or their screened contractors to perform work in the yard and in the storage buildings.  This work has to meet our required standards for cleanliness, speed and security but these points can be discussed.

     

     

3 Buildings with indoor heated storage available.  Customers can get access to their boat, with excellent lighting and ventilation. 

     
We have a 25Ton travel lift as well as an air-ride hydraulic trailer available for lift, hauling and transport operations. Longer range over highway hauling services, or hired captain water borne transport can be arranged on request.

Our administration office building has toilet and shower facilities available for our customers. These are available when performing longer term work on their own boat, these customers can also take advantage of our RV parking sites with hookups.

               

Our access channel and lift well boasts 20'wide by 8'deep access, we completed maintenance dredging in Spring 2008.
